Our mission is to empower communities by providing educational and vocational programming, personal enrichment, and supportive services through collaborations and community actions.

Prolific Learning Corp. is a nonprofit employment and education service provider empowering customers through training, advocacy, and the confidence needed to obtain substantial long-term employment. Our office is located in Hendry County, but we provide services in Collier, Glades, Hendry, and Lee counties. We have been a leader in the field of vocational rehabilitation since our founding in 2018. We specialize in serving people with barriers to employment and education. We have partnered with The Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. Our organization is structured as a one-stop community resource center offering employment and educational services for adults, youth programs, work readiness trainings, paid work experiences, financial literacy, and vocational evaluations.     

 

We guide our participants through the process of assessing their career interests, developing an individualized career plan, discovering an educational path, finding a job training program that is right for them, preparing for, entering, and keeping good jobs.  Our dedicated team of educators, social workekers, counselors, trainers and employment specialists provides support at every step, including one-on-one and group counseling, education counseling, job placement assistance, and job retention support.
